If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty,please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photo or video evidence.
If verified, we will:
- ✅ Re-print and replace the item like-for-like(same product, size, colour and design — no changes or edits allowed).
- 🖼️ We may request the faulty item is returned or destroyed before dispatching a replacement.
No refunds are issued unless required by law.
